Chilled Tropical Fruit Soup and Sparkling Prosecco







Ingredients -
  
1 cup pineapple, peeled, diced and core removed 
1 cup papayas, peeled diced 
1 cup mangoes, peeled diced 
1/2 cup passion fruit pulp frozen 
1cup orange juice 
1 cup prosecco 
1/2 cup port wine 
1/2 cup lemon juice 
mint leaves, for garnish

Procedure -

In a food blender, blend all ingredients except for lemon juice and mint. After blended, add the lemon juice to taste. Refrigerate to chill. Garnish with mint leaves.
