Jumbo Chicken Wings
Ingredients -
12 pieces chicken wings
lettuce
tomato, slice
onion, rings
Dry Rub :
2 tsp Brown Sugar , 1 tsp Paprika , 1 tsp Salt , 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder ,
1/2 tsp Chili Powder , 1 tsp Onion Powder , 1 tsp Garlic powder , 1 tsp
Ginger powder , dash of freshly ground Black pepper , 1/2 tsp Cayenne
pepper
Wet Marinade :
1/2 tsp Liquid Smoke , 2 tsp Brown sugar , 2 tsp Honey , 3 tsp Ketchup ,
2 tsp Mazola or Vegetable oil , 1tsp Ginger, fresh , 1 tbs Worcestershire
sauce , 2 tsp Paprika ,1 tsp Salt , 1 tsp Mustard powder , 1 tsp Cumin
powder , 2 tsp Garlic powder , 2 tsp Onion Powder , 1 tsp Chili Powder ,
dash of Black pepper fresh ground , 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
Procedure -
Dry Rub:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Toss chicken wings with rub.
Wet
Marinade:
Mix all ingredients together. Toss 1/2 of marinade in with dry-rubbed
wings and let marinate for 10 minutes in refrigerator.
Heat oven to 350F
and cook chicken wings with rub for 10 minutes. Brush remaining marinade
on wings at least twice during the cooking process to allow sauce to
become sticky and dark.
Remove from oven. Let rest before serving. Spoon any remaining sauce
(warmed) over chicken wings.
