Balsamic & Shallot Vinaigrette







Ingredients -

1/2 cup Shallots 
1 cup Balsamic vinegar 
1 cup Olive oil 
1/2 tsp Cracked black pepper 
1/2 tsp Sea salt 

Procedure -

Peel and cut the shallots in half.
Place the shallots in a high speed blender, add the vinegar and olive oil.
Blend well until emulsified.
Remove and season to taste.
